At Mas des Mûriers, eating and drinking are a pleasure and a journey at the same time. The experience combines regional, seasonal dishes and wine with the very landscapes that inspired and produced them.

BREAKFAST
Our varied breakfast is extensive and offers a selection of fresh bread, homemade jams, honey, and various regional products. Homemade muesli, fruit, yogurt, cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available daily. Egg dishes and cold cuts are prepared to order – the first meal of the day is in keeping with the spirit of the times and the region.
Breakfast is included in the price and is served daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the salon or, weather permitting, on the terrace.

The concept of table d'hôtes is a dinner that Pius prepares with passion and expertise several evenings a week. As a trained chef, he is a master at reinterpreting Provençal recipes and delighting even the most discerning palates with his own creations.
There is no menu; the meal changes depending on inspiration and what is currently available. All our products are fresh from the market, from the garden, or from our local producers.
The flavors of this refined cuisine are complemented by the aromas of matching wines, most of which are local. However, the cellar also holds a few rarities that sommelier Pius has in store for wine lovers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The menu consists of a starter, a hot main course, a cheese platter, and a dessert. We are happy to cater for allergies or intolerances if you let us know in advance.
